Sunday afternoon blast, just to clear the work haze out of my brain. I find it really helps me be more creative to get my own designs out while on a job. it can help me think in different areas without the pressures of deadlines. maybe solve problems im having with client concepts. which , trust me , we all have 🙂

using some kitbash buildings I bought from Kitbash3d.com. first time ive used anything like this. I bought some kits to help me out on a tv advert. they are pretty cool, its far better to just use bit of them, almost to enhance a model or set. I think to use as stand alone can be a bit restrictive, but that’s just my personal take. I like to be able to build as much as I can, but these guys defiantly helped me out big time with the city scape stuff. well worth checking them out

Back to some 3d for this one. im trying out some new designs and work flows at the moment to push myself a bit more.

love tpo do images on a grand scale, love the mystery on the arctic too. didn’t plan this image, straight just sit down and freeform. which is really nice to do

not been able to get much done of late, just been overloaded on projects and it seems this is going to carry on for a good while yet. did manage to get this sort of sketchy imageg together. huge fan of close encounters so a bit of a homage to it

As well as working a lot of late , im also trying to set up a new story and produce a number of concepts and key frames. this one ,we have our hero in a stolen “grease pod” ( its like a maintenance ship, but very bulked up and powerful little thing) hes trying to escapes the black guard, who run the prison.
